Refund policy

Every design from Milla + Saber has been created with care and consideration. We take pride in our quality and ability to meet our customers expectation.

At Milla + Saber were here to help you every step of the way to ensure you have a safe shopping experience. However, if you change your mind or your item isn't up to standard please follow the process below.

SALE, WAREHOUSE, SAMPLE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS OR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL PERIOD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

CHANGE OF MIND/EXCHANGES

We want to ensure you have a comfortable shopping experience. This is why if you are not happy with your order after you have received it please contact us below.

Please note: Sale items and samples are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a 'change of mind' return please contact us within 14 days from your order being delivered. 

Your return must:
  • Still have all tags attached.
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, in original packaging (if applicable). 
  • Have no signs of wear, rips, pulls or stains.

Change of mind returns will be eligible for a refund, product exchange or store credit.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please contact us below within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will then email you a returns form for you to complete and send back. You may either print the form and send it back with your items OR complete it electronically and email it back to us. 

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer and this will not be included in the refund or store credit.

Please note Milla + Saber will not be held responsible for any lost packages so we recommend adding tracking to your items. 

Returns and store credits are processed within 2 business days after the order is received and assessed by us.

If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, our Customer Service team hold the right to reject returns so please contact us as soon as you can.


FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS

If your purchase is faulty in some way, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange in product.


Please contact us below within 14 days of receiving the item so we can assess the issue.

Once the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team, we will reimburse shipping costs to return the item to us.


COURIER DAMAGE RETURNS

If your purchase is damaged by the courier in some way, please advise us within 3 business days of receiving the item so we can assess the issue. 

To help us investigate why the parcel is damaged, please email us at hello@milla-saber.co.nz with your order number and the following photos:
  • Photos of the damaged Items 
  • Photos of the packaging material used 
  • Photos of the inner packaging 
  • Photos of the outer packaging
You must notify us of the damage within 3 days of delivery so we can initiate a claim with our couriers.

Please keep ALL damaged items and the packaging as the couriers may need to recollect them for the claim.

Once the item is confirmed to be damaged by the courier, we will reimburse shipping costs to return the item to us and organise a replacement for you. If your damaged item was the last in stock, we will contact you to organise an exchange or refund.  
 


INCORRECT ITEM OR ORDER

If we accidentally send you the wrong item or order please contact us below and we will fix this as soon as possible. You have up to 14 days post order receipt (delivery) to notify us that you have received an incorrect item or order.

All garments must be returned unused with tags attached. 


CHANGE TO ORDERS

We work hard to get your order to you fast, therefore we are shipping orders daily. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately at returns@milla-saber.co.nz. 


Unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will be able to amend your order, but we will do our best.
